We stand by the accuracy of our product descriptions. We strive to provide you with Arba Minim Sets that meet or exceed your expectations. If you receive a product that does not match its description, please contact us immediately. - Shipping and Handling Disclaimer:
While we take every precaution to safeguard our Lulav and Etrog sets as they leave our warehouse, we acknowledge that shipping and handling may subject them to potential damage. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the condition of your order upon arrival. - Replacement for Damaged Orders:
In the event that your order arrives damaged due to shipping and handling, we will make every effort to address the issue promptly. To qualify for a replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order of any damage or issues. Please contact our customer service team, providing clear photos of the damaged items and a brief description of the issue. - Approval for Returns for Other Reasons:
